Features of Foocles 40A Auto Relay

Foocles car relay housing has been treated with a flame-retardant coating to effectively resist heat-induced deformation caused by continuous operation.

Each of our pure copper coils is scientifically wound using automatic winding machines, effectively reducing the heat generated by the flow of current.

All of our automotive relays use silver alloy contacts to withstand the inrush current generated when the equipment starts up.

The pins on our relays are manufactured after being precisely measured and positioned by our technical staff, ensuring that the relays can be easily inserted into the sockets of the original equipment.
Auto Relay for Fuel Injection and Fan
Our auto relays feature silver alloy contacts to extend switching life and prevent damage to automotive components. Furthermore, the relays are manufactured in strict accordance with the original equipment specifications, ensuring a perfect fit for replacement installation.

Wiring Diagram (Bottom View)

The coil circuit connected between pins 85 and 86 controls the on/off state of the working circuit connected between pins 30 and 87. This protects the switch from high-current surges.
A “click” indicates that the coil circuit is still functioning, but it is unclear whether the contacts or other components in the circuit are damaged.
Yes, you can choose a relay with a built-in resistor or diode to prevent high voltage back-EMF from damaging the vehicle’s ECU and causing property damage.
